Welcome to Ultimate Prepper Guide!

I created this website because I was frustrated with what I was finding on the internet when searching for a plan to prepare myself and my family for emergencies and disasters.

I found lots of both good and bad information, but I had to keep jumping from website to website to find it all. There was no one site that I found that covered everything I was looking for.

I tried to copy the best parts of articles I found and saved them on my computer. I added more information to them as I did more research and from my own experiences.

Well I soon had a lot of great information, but it was a real mess and impossible to put into actual use! I then decided to get all this knowledge and information organized and into a website that I could share with my son who was also interested in prepping.

Most of the other prepper sites concentrate on the major life changing, SHTF scenarios. ("Sh*t Hits The Fan" for those just learning the prepper lingo.) I wanted to make this site a bit different from the other prepper sites by also finding ways to be better prepared for the many small inconveniences we run into on a daily basis.

Being prepared for little inconveniences like having a small multi-tool attached to your key-ring with a knife and pliers to trim that broken finger nail or pull out that aggravating sliver in your finger. (Yes, I've used mine for both these and many other "inconveniences".) Or maybe having some extra water and snacks in the car for when stuck in traffic, or a coat or a rain coat in case the weather changes.

Some background on me.

It seems I have always been interested in survival and prepping. I always loved the outdoors and as a young boy could often be found up high in a tree or exploring the woods.

I joined the Boy Scouts and developed a love for hiking and camping. Here is where I first started learning my survival skills and being prepared for emergencies or other things that might come up. Remember the Boy Scout motto, “Be Prepared”. (Back in those times the term “Prepper” was not being used!)

Fast forward to today.

The world has become a much more dangerous place since those days. Shootings, terrorist attacks, home invasions, robberies, and more, have been added to the natural disasters we face, like: tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, and many others.

Now I have a family, including grandchildren, and I want to make sure they are prepared as well as possible to handle these emergencies and disasters.

That’s what this site is all about: Developing OUR Survival Plan, becoming a Prepper.

Where to start, what is most important, what supplies do we need, what to do first in an emergency, and how to prepare long-term. I’ve tried to make it simple to do in this site.

I look forward to sharing this information with you, and learning more from you by getting your feedback and ideas. Please share your comments or send me an email, I would be more than happy to connect.

Be sure to visit my site regularly as I am always updating it with all the information and even “crazy ideas”I come across that I hope you will find interesting.

Happy Prepping,
